Don't stand there looking at the closed door. Look to your left or right surely one of those windows can open. Have you tried it? Look for the solution, it's obvious of the problem right? So you can't go through the door. OK! Maybe that wall behind you can be torn down. Many times its all about adjusting yourself. So adjust.
I was not born knowing this...it was taught through life lessons.
